Physical Therapy

Physical therapists help people manage pain and improve movement problems. Some pain and movement problems can become chronic and lead to surgery. Physical therapy helps to reduce the symptoms of many chronic diseases and conditions. It also can keep many problems from getting worse.

Hello! My name is Stacey Gresham and I am so excited to introduce you to my in-home, concierge physical therapy clinic: Gresham Physio.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside everyone from professional triathletes, to weekend warriors, to those simply trying to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Since moving to the Rockies, I’ve grown in my love for treating the body holistically. Using a variety of proven techniques including cupping, dry needling, visceral manipulation, scar mobilization, craniosacral therapy, and manual therapy, my goal is to help achieve the fullest healing for my patients. I am currently growing my skillset to include yoga, Pilates, functional medicine, and women’s health. For me, the most rewarding part of being a physical therapist is seeing a patient’s quality of life and activity level increase with every treatment!

I was born in Richmond, Va., grew up in Marietta, Ga., and moved to Colorado Springs in 2017. I graduated from the University of Alabama-Birmingham with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009.

I love being active and in nature, and living in the gorgeous Colorado Springs area with my husband, three children, two dogs, two guinea pigs, and eight chickens.
